AI agent development & deployment

Custom AI agents that do the work — built, deployed and proven in your business

Most "AI" stops at a chatbot that talks. An agent acts. It reads a request, looks things up across your tools, makes a decision and takes the next step — drafting a quote, answering a lead, updating a record, publishing content — with a human in the loop where it matters. We design, build and deploy agents on your real workflows, then stay to make them better.

Chatbot vs agent

A chatbot answers. An agent gets the job done.

The difference is action. A chatbot hands the work back to you; an agent carries it through — across your CRM, WhatsApp, email and spreadsheets — and only stops to ask when a human should decide.

It works, not just talks

An agent doesn't just reply — it drafts the quote, updates the record, sends the follow-up and files the result, then reports back what it did.

It uses your tools

It reads and writes across the systems you already run — CRM, calendar, WhatsApp, email, sheets — so the work actually lands where your team lives.

It knows when to stop

Clear guardrails and a human in the loop mean the agent proposes and a person approves anything sensitive — until you trust a step to run on its own.

What we build

Agents for the work that eats your week

If a task is repetitive, judgement-and-rules based, and spans a few tools, an agent can usually take it on. A few we build most:

  • Lead-response agents — qualify and reply to new enquiries within seconds, in Arabic or English, and book the call
  • Quoting agents — turn a job description into a drafted, priced quote ready to send
  • Content & SEO agents — research keywords, draft content and keep your site visible in search and AI answers
  • Back-office agents — read invoices, clean and enrich data, reconcile records and pull daily reports together
  • Follow-up agents — chase quotes, reminders and unpaid invoices so nothing slips through

Forward-deployed, not thrown over the wall. We work the way the best AI teams do — embedded with your people, building on your real data and workflows, in your tools. You get an agent that fits how you actually operate, not a generic template you're left to run alone.

Proven, not theoretical

We build agents on our own businesses first

Before an agent goes near a client, it earns its keep on one of our own companies. Two we run every day:

The quoting agent

At Fix It Mates, our maintenance business, an agent turns a job description into a drafted, priced quote in about a minute — a job that used to take hours and cost us work when replies came in late.

The SEO agent

Our own content & SEO agent researches keywords, drafts articles and keeps pages visible in Google and AI answers — the same loop we now run for clients.

How it works

From one workflow to a working agent

We start narrow and prove value fast — one high-value workflow, live and earning, before we expand.

1. Map a workflow

We pick one repetitive, high-value task, map exactly how it runs today, and agree what "good" looks like — and where a human must stay in the loop.

2. Build & prove

We build the agent on your real data and tools, test it against real cases, and tune it with you until it's reliably doing the work — for a fixed fee.

3. Deploy, monitor & expand

We deploy it into your day-to-day, monitor how it performs, and improve it — then move on to the next workflow once this one is paying back.

AI agents — FAQ

Straight answers

What is an AI agent, and how is it different from a chatbot?

A chatbot answers questions. An AI agent does the work — it can read a request, look things up across your tools, make a decision, take an action (draft a quote, update a record, send a message, publish content) and hand off to a human when needed. It runs a whole workflow end to end, not just a conversation.

What can an AI agent actually do for my business?

Common agents respond to and qualify new leads within seconds, turn a job description into a drafted quote, chase unpaid invoices, research and draft content, clean and enrich data, and pull daily reports together. If a task is repetitive, rules-and-judgement based, and spans a few tools, an agent can usually take it on.

Which tools and platforms do you build agents on?

We build on your existing stack. That typically means orchestration in n8n, Make or custom code, reasoning with Claude or OpenAI models, and connections to your CRM, WhatsApp, email, calendar and spreadsheets. We choose the simplest reliable setup rather than forcing a platform on you.

Is it safe? Who is in control of the agent?

You are. Agents run with clear guardrails and a human in the loop for anything sensitive — they draft and propose, and a person approves before anything irreversible happens, until you trust a step enough to let it run on its own. Your data is handled securely and used only for your agents.

How long does it take and how much does it cost?

A first working agent is usually live in two to four weeks. We start by building and proving one high-value agent for a fixed fee, then expand once it's earning its keep. Ongoing agents are supported on a light monthly retainer for monitoring and improvement.
