How fast can a quote be drafted?
In our own company, quotes that used to take days are now drafted in roughly a minute. Appointment booking takes around 30 seconds. The exact speed depends on how structured your price list is, which we set up during the build.
Does it work with Jobber?
Yes. The live system runs on Jobber — it creates the client, the request and the draft quote directly in Jobber via n8n. We can also connect other CRMs and quoting tools; we confirm compatibility during the audit.
Will it send quotes without me checking them?
No, by design. The AI drafts the quote; a human approves and sends it. You keep full control over pricing and what goes out under your name.
Is this proven or theoretical?
Proven. It was built and is running on Fix It Mates, a live Dubai maintenance and renovation company, before being offered to any client. It is a working system, not a pilot.
How much does it cost?
